Yes, but if we reschedule, you will only owe for the mileage for that day. Please ensure your documents do not have any blanks and that your witnesses, (if needed) are there.
Yes, various types of vital records, including birth, death, marriage, divorce, and single status certificates. Marriage records are specifically issued by a Virginia Circuit Court. Additionally, we cannot offer Virginia Circuit Court documents such as divorce decrees, name change documents, and single status certificates. We also are unable to provide documents issued by the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
